Because the K-Source replacement towing mirrors # KS62075-76G mount to the same location as the factory mirrors, vibration should not be any greater than with the factory mirrors. Vibration can be an issue with universal mirrors and clip-on towing mirrors in part because you have one part mounted to another which adds a point of possible movement. I have confirmed with K-Source and since this model is a manual mirror you would have to stick your hand out the window and adjust the mirror. Even if your truck is currently set up with an analog knob that controls that mirror there are no cables provided to connect with the analog controlling knob.

On most vehicles, in order to get to the hardware that holds the side mirrors on you have to remove the inside door panel. But on your 1998 Chrysler Town and Country it looks like you will need to pry off the triangle piece to reveal the fasteners. If you have replaced a rearview mirror before, physically mounting the # CM32000 mirror in your vehicle is going to be very similar. If you have not, you would basically be doing the reverse of taking off the OEM mirror. For wedge style mirrors, you would just slide the mirror bracket down onto the windshield mount and for camlock style mirrors you would slide the bracket on sideways and turn it to lock it into place.
